Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Rates We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Packaging Every item is thoughtfully and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Fragile items such as glassware, pottery, and china are wrapped and cushioned to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
