 Return & Refund Policy

At Jaspersbyivie, we take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the nature of our vintage and handmade goods, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

 If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Returns for damaged items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Defective Items 

If your item is defective, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact us right away at jaspersbyivie@gmail.com with photos documenting the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. This label must be used within 7 days of receipt — returns using expired labels will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
